The Lexington Historical Society is seeking volunteer greeters to welcome visitors into the historic Hancock-Clarke House and Munroe Tavern. Visitors come to our sites from all over the country to walk in the footsteps of patriots such as Paul Revere, John Hancock, and George Washington. The greeter will be responsible for taking and selling tickets, answering basic questions, and putting on a friendly face for visitors from around the world. Volunteering with the Lexington Historical Society is rewarding and fun! Our volunteers get invited to special events, as well as enjoy free admission to all three of our historic house museums: Hancock-Clarke House, Munroe Tavern, and Buckman Tavern. Students, teachers, retirees, and anyone with an interest in history are encouraged to volunteer!
