Offering workout and belly dance lessons via Zoom, for groups and individuals! Workouts: weight training, circuit training, cardio, and stretching. Belly dance: beginner & intermediate levels. Please contact for rates. Flexible scheduling! I come from a ten-year background in competitive gymnastics, where I was instructed in the best conditioning modalities. I have also been practicing belly dance for 5 years. For the past 2 years, I served as co-president of my college's belly dance troupe, where I was extensively involved in technique instruction and choreography.
