Special Needs Arts Programs, Inc., Fall Programs for Children

Registration is open for Special Needs Arts Programs, Inc., (SNAP) fall programs! In addition to their programs for adults, SNAP will hold programs for children with special needs.
The Special Artists class for children age 5-12 will begin on Saturday, September 10th and run for eight weeks. Class time is 1-1:45pm. Cost is $145. No previous experience with making art is required. A parent or caregiver needs to attend with the child. Children will work with a variety of media to create unique works of art in a supportive and nurturing environment. SNAP Art Director Lidija Vukovic is an exhibiting artist with several undergraduate degrees in fine arts as well as an MSEd in Special Education from Simmons University.

Special thanks to the M.E. Davenport Foundation for their support of SNAP’s programming for children. All programs take place at the Lexington Community Center, 39 Marrett Road, Lexington, MA 02421.
