Eden Home Health Care is a CHAP accredited Medicare provider and a proud member of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce.  
 
We provide skilled and non-skilled care to include personal care services/ ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assist, home making, light meal preparation, companionship, cleaning). We have a team of experienced, fully vetted caregivers, consisting of home health aides, certified nursing assistants, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and nurses.  
 
EDEN also provides private concierge care management for those in need of assistance and guidance to navigate the health care system. Our high quality care is catered to residents in their homes, retirement homes, assisted living & skilled nursing facilities.
