The 2021 Lexington Farmers' Market will open its 17th season on Tuesday, June 1 in a new location! The LFM will be open every Tuesday from 2-6:30/dusk from June 1 to October 26 at the Worthen Road Practice Field, between the LHS Field House and the baseball diamond.
The LFM is a producer-only market, ensuring that what you find is fresh and local, sustainably raised and carefully crafted by the farmers and vendors of the LFM. Each week, there will be approximately 18 farmers and vendors on-site, including guest vendors. You'll see longtime favorites and some exciting new additions this year, including hot sauce, sweets and treats, dumplings, spice mixes, mead and more. Later this summer we hope to bring back more of the market's usual offerings, including artisans, entertainment and community groups, so keep an eye out for updates.
The LFM participates in a number of food assistance programs; the LFM SNAP program matches up to $15 weekly, and the LFM accepts HIP, WIC and Senior FMNP coupons.
The LFM will be continuing with COVID safety protocols as required by the state and local Board of Health for an outdoor market. Please visit our website for additional information.
Free parking is available, and bicycle racks will be available onsite. The LFM is on MBTA Bus Route 62/76, which can be picked up at the Alewife T station (nearest stops at Worthen Road/Waltham Street or Worthen Road/Hayden Recreation Center).
