International Nanny Training Day (iNNTD)
This annual labor of love is a low-cost, high-quality day of workshops in cities across the world for nannies, to raise the quality of childcare through an inspired, supported, well-trained workforce.

On April 13th, join us for the largest gathering of child caregivers in the Greater Boston Area as 300+ nannies gather for a day full of professional development and community building! We will be hosting workshops and demos including, but not limited to:
Know your rights as a childcare provider
SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) prevention/Safe sleep practices for newborns
Managing Day to Day Stress
Creating an active bi-weekly schedule for your charge
- 8:30 am - 9:30 am: Registration and breakfast
- 9:30 am - 1:30 pm: Conference with snacks throughout the day!
- 1:30 pm - 3 pm: Resource Fair
We have a new format this year to allow for more networking with other nannies, agencies and different childcare companies! While we will be providing coffee, breakfast and snacks, we will not be providing lunch this year so please make sure to bring your own lunch to eat during the program or resource fair.
