Farm to Glass: Artisanal Mixology (Adults)  
 
Join herbalist Pat Harpell for an entertaining and instructional evening stroll and workshop on foraging and infusing with plants. In this class you will learn how to make your own homemade bitters, infusions and shrubs that you can use at home to mix it up for an artisanal cocktail hour. Class intended for those 21 and older.

Art on the Farm The Cycle of Growth (Children)  
 
Join us for a walk around the farm as we investigate what is happening in mid-summer. We will use nature journaling techniques to sketch our observations and then retire to the hoop house where we will employ mixed art media to create the first quarter of a calendar wheel depiction of the seasons on a farm. We will repeat this program in Nov., Feb. and April to complete the calendar seasons.
