Lexington Public Schools Ride for Neighbor Brigade

Lexington Public Schools Ride for Neighbor Brigade

On May 17th, Lexington Public Schools staff, joined by many other municipal employees and volunteers from the Lexington chapter of Neighbor Brigade, will participate in the 2nd annual LPS Ride for Neighbor Brigade. This 8-mile fundraising ride through Lexington will support Neighbor Brigade’s programs and continued expansion.

The Ride will start and finish at the LPS Central Administration Office, 146 Maple Street. Bikers will launch at 10:00am.

Neighbor Brigade establishes and mobilizes community-specific networks of volunteers to help residents facing a sudden crisis such as a cancer diagnosis, accident, or other tragic event. Our volunteers come together to provide free and immediate support services such as delivered meals, transportation, and home maintenance help.

To make a donation in honor of a rider, school, or town department, please visit www.neighborbrigade.org/take_action/events. To volunteer for the event, please call Neighbor Brigade at 781-325-8580.
