Lexington Arts and Crafts Society Spring Classes & Workshops

Time to add some beauty and color to your life after this long cold and snow-filled winter!

Registration is now available for the Spring Session of Classes and Workshops for Adults and Teens offered at the Lexington Arts and Crafts Society, 130 Waltham Street, Lexington. Join with our local and nationally known, expert art instructors as they guide everyone from the novice to the advanced in enhancing your skills and enriching your artistic experience.

Along with the many familiar drawing, painting (all mediums), ceramics, jewelry or needle arts classes, this session includes a variety of new selections for beginners to advanced….for adults, teenagers and children accompanied by a participating parent: choose having fun with glass shapes, colors and textures in a Mosaic Workshop or a Glass Fusing Workshop.
Try a Polymer Clay Techniques workshop, Basket making or Digital Photography workshops and when the warmer weather comes “Capture the Colors of Spring” in an outdoor class. In addition there are drop-in sessions such as a Wednesday, Adult Figure Drawing, a Saturday Portraiture group with models and the popular Art Parties.

Classes fill up quickly so stop by the Society Office, call 781 862 9696 or visit our website at www.LACSma.org for a detailed listing of selections, dates, times and fees (become a member for reduced fees.) • Online Registration now available.

The Society is an approved venue to award Professional Development Points (PDP’s) to teachers for Mass. DOE certification.
