Hello, My name is Olivia. I am 9 years old and I LOVE doggys!!! I've been asking Mommy and Daddy every day for months to get one, but they won't let me until I can prove to them that I can be responsible enough to care for one, and of course, have the money to pay for one. That's where you come in. If you have a small dog (15 lbs or less) that is child friendly, house trained and fully immunized I would love to care for your little precious so that I may one day have one of my own.  
 
MUST BE ABLE TO:  
 
Drop off and pick up (near Lex/Burlington line)  
Provide food and any special chew toys  
Provide proof of vaccination (in case of accident)  
Give any special dietary or special care instructions  
Supply adequate primary and secondary contact  
Provide a $10 Deposit upon dropping off ($10 minimum)  
 
I (We) will:  
 
Only accept 1 doggy at a time (unless 2 from the same family)  
Pet and play with your doggy  
Take your doggy out regularly  
Discard poopies properly  
Pet and play with your doggy  
Feed the doggy per your instructions  
Play with your doggy some more
